the dawn brings with it darkening

it's beautiful outside. the snow that's fallen tonight has made everything look perfect again, and while i generally don't like it, the clouded pink of the sky tonight is lovely. melancholy and soft, highlighting the shadows of the snow on the rooftops and the trees. tonight loves the winter that is here. and for the moment, so do i.
