so. i figured one post was easier than trying to reply to comments.

the details about wellstone world music day and when i'm playing.



the tentative schedule as i have it:

8:00: Ty/Stephen's band
8:15 (in the middle of the band's set): welcome
8:30: Prof. Cathy Yandell
8:35: Accidentals
9:00: Prof. Joel Weisberg
9:05: Jacob McKnite
9:30: African Drum Ensemble
9:55: Rose Norris
10:15: John Torres
10:35: Kirsten Almberg
10:55 (possibly; we'll see who's still around): Ty/Stephen's band again

all of this is happening saturday at the cave, and though i'm playing a really short set (like fifteen minutes probably) it should be a good night all around. katie hand-picked the line-up and she has good taste. plus, it's a good reason to be out listening to music. so yeah. any and all are encouraged to come.

i'm not sure what she was supposed to do, but she didn't do whatever it was. my guess would be that she was speaking a little, remberance-type thing. i tried to tape, not sure how it came out yet. but i'll let you know.
