target blind-sided me. i spent too much money, but for what seemed like good reasons.
for example:
the dvd's can be the second part of my christmas present to myself i suppose. or maybe the third part if i'm counting the ex-library first edition copy of diana wynne jones' fire and hemlock i found online and bought for $5 including shipping. said book makes me terribly happy... reading any other edition just doesn't feel right after reading this version so many times as i grew up. so yes. good things.
and now i'm talking to the boy, which is also good. will spam more at some point.
for example:
- new brush that isn't too big for my current cut
- christmas lights majorly onsale, meaning i'll have plenty of light in my apt whether my dad ever finishes fixing my lamp or not.
- b&w film and other things i need for new years
- four dvd's for $35: moulin rouge, romeo & juliet, spiderman and the matrix. (all movies i've planned on buying at some point and doubt i'll find cheaper anytime soon.)
