who do i complain to
Feb. 16th, 2003 06:00 pmall right. when they advertise 1 hour photo, this makes you think 'i'll have my pictures in one hour.' no?
i dropped my film off at about 4:30 yesterday, knowing that the machine wasn't working properly but with the assurance that i'd get them either yesterday or today. last night the guy working told me at about an hour to close that they'd just gotten the machine working again and that my pictures would be ready by 1pm today. i just went in now, at nearly 6pm, to pick them up. they aren't done. the machine isn't working. they _may_ be done sometime tomorrow evening. and i can't get my film back and take it to someplace else (the only reason i went to target to start with is 'cause they're the only ones who have one hour on the weekends and i wanted them _this weekend_) because they'd charge me for developing the negatives (which they did do) and probably someplace else would make me pay more to have them printed because of that.
i just want to scream. plus, i dragged myself out of my house for nothing. i hate being sick.
