met my family in zumbrota for dinner tonight. drove home in the rain and fog and should go out again now to hear the boys playing blues down at the cow. but as my subject would suggest, i feel much more like staying home and playing with photoshop and the internet and listening to some of the newer music i've gotten my hands on. mirah and the fruit bats and beth waters. oh, and nellie mckay. to name a few. but i should go. see people. support the band. maybe have one drink if i'm good. maybe. i'm in a mood to suit the rain tonight though, and am happier on my own i think. oh well.
